Delivery Policy for software and digital incident resolution

Digital Delivery Policy is applicable to all The Tech Help Desk Customers via download to the Customers personal desktop computer, installation or acknowledgement of services being received through email and alike. For the sake of reference and brevity all digital services and software provided by the The Tech HelpDesk is referred to as The Digital Downloads and Resolution or The Digital Downloads.

You hereby agree to download The Digital Downloads for private, non-commercial use only and that you will not copy, redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, sub-license or transfer the Digital Downloads to anyone else. Nothing in these conditions of sale grants the Customer any rights other than those expressly set out herein. These terms do not grant the Customer any rights in relation to the synchronization, public performance, promotional use, commercial sale, resale, reproduction, distribution or commercial exploitation of any Digital Downloads. Any breaches of these terms will be pursued to the full extent of the law. Some Digital Downloads sold by The Tech Helpdesk may contain additional licensing terms or terms of use within the download which the Customer hereby agrees to abide by.

Customer Requirements

In order for the Customer to access the Digital Downloads the Customer is required to have:-
  • an internet connection
  • a personal desktop computer or mobile device capable of opening the Digital Downloads

Email Communications

In the process of availing of a Digital Downloads service or software from The Tech Help Desk the Customer email address will be subscribed to The Tech Helpdesk general email list. The Tech Helpdesk also passes on the Customer email address to its authors and own email lists if they have asked The Tech Helpdesk to do this on their behalf. Both subscriptions are opt-in meaning the Customer will receive an opt-in email after the sale asking then to opt-in to receive future promotional emails. The Tech Helpdesk also use the Customer email address to issue a one time Order Receipt email to upon receipt of a successful order.
